Returns cannot be processed without prior authorization.
All returns must be pre-authorized by the Customer Service department;
Shipping charges are non-refundable

Returned items must be in original condition, resalable condition and returned within 3 weeks of purchase date.
Used merchandise may not be returned under any circumstances.
Most returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We cannot authorize the return of overstock merchandise.
Refused packages are subject to shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
