Dutch Mint Shake
In a Medifast Dutch Chocolate shake mix with 1 cup of filtered water, I combine 17 drops of the Chocolate mint Capella flavor drops, add 2 Drops of "Capella Super Sweet," (or 1 Stevia packet) and 5 cubes of ice. I swirl the mixture for a few seconds, and then I let it sit for 3 - 5 minutes. Next, I blend the iced mixture, and then drink! The taste is scrumptiously minty chocolate, and it satisfies my sweet tooth every time!!!
Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon Capella caramel flavor drops (or 35 drops)
1 cup flour
1 cup milk chocolate chips


Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients, adding chips last. Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Dannon Light Yogurt
Dannon has a new nonfat yogurt (Danny Light) that is sweetened with Splenda. It contains only 80 calories for 1 cup. Add 5 drops of either blueberry or orange creamsicle. Adjust flavor after a few minutes if necessary. Strawberry Cheesecake is also good in yogurt. os
Baked Oatmeal
Baked Oatmeal (from Weight Watchers Core Board...improved with flavor drops)
I eat this for lunch with fat free yogurt!

2 c raw oatmeal (quick)
1/2 c - 3/4 c splenda
1T baking powder
cinnamon to taste
1 c skim milk
1/2 c egg beaters
1/2 c unsweetened apple sauce
Cappella flavor drops (I use 10 drops Capella french toast or 10 drops of Capella Coconut or any flavor you like better)

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into 8 x 8 inch square baking pan which was sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm. Cool, cut into squares and enjoy. Leftovers can be refrigerated for future use.
Irish Cream Cheesecake Pie
I use a pie recipe to make a killer summer pie!

2 pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tub Cool Whip whipped topping
1 ready to use graham cracker crumb crust
10 drops Capella Irish Cream (or more to taste)

Mix cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add drops and blend. Gently stir in the whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Store leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator.

Really, any drops can be used in this recipe, but I really love the Irish Cream ones in particular for this. The cream flavor works really well with the creamy texture. The trick is to really be sure that you get the cream cheese and sugar mixed really smooth to begin with and this might take a while

Raspberry Chocolate Truffle Pudding
5 drops Capella Raspberry Flavor Drops per single serving, in sugar free chocolate pudding.
I make the sugar free chocolate pudding as directed on the box, and then I spoon the pudding into four servings. I then add 5 drops of Capella Raspberry Flavor Drops per each single serving and blend with a mini whisk. I then cover the puddings with plastic wrap and let each sit in the fridge until I'm ready to eat one. They taste just like a raspberry chocolate truffle!
Low Calorie Toasted Coconut Rice Pudding Cups
I take low cal store bought rice pudding cups (which are bland).
Love Coconut, but not the calories so I Add a 3 drops of Toasted Coconut Flavor Drops
Add sliced strawberries.

Low cal, low fat and healthful. Yummmmm!
Medifast CinnaStyx Vanilla Shake
MEDIFAST VANILLA SHAKE and to put in 4 drops of your new SQUEEZE "Capella Cinammon Sticky Bun"
tastes to me, exactly like domino's cinnastyx....but the frosting (the frosting more then then cinnastyx).
Super Flavorful Pancakes
use Flavor Drops to make different variations of pancakes.
I use 10 drops in a 7-10 batch of standard pancake mix and one tablespoon of sugar, or 5 drops of Capella Super Sweet.
I've made Banana, Banana Nut Cream, blueberry, cinnamon danish swirl, snickerdoodle, pumpkin pie, and apple pie.

These are really simple and delicious as well as a break from the norm.
Medifast Vanilla EggNog Pudding
I use the Capella Egg Nog drops with Vanilla Medifast Pudding.
Add 5 drops to mix. After it is mixed sprinkle to taste some cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice to the top of the pudding.
It smells and tastes great..
One of my favorites. I also add it to the French Vanilla Shake and mix in the shake instead of just sprinkling them on the top.
Hawaiian Cottage Cheese
I take a 16oz container of Axelrod non fat cottage cheese with pineapple...
add 10-15 drops of Capella Coconut flavor drops to the container, stir well and chill.
The pinapple chunks make it sweet enough and the Coconut Flavor Drops make it taste like a tropical dessert!
Cinnamon Danish Banana Oatmeal
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup lowfat milk
2 tbsp splenda
1 banana, sliced
8-9 drops of Capella Cinnamon Danish Swirl Flavor Drops


Microwave for 3 minutes and serve.

Ice Cream a la Medifast
Fill your glass 1/2 to 3/4 full with ice
put in your vanilla shake or vanilla pudding (pudding is a little thicker)
Put about a tablespoon of fat free cream cheese
Add 5 -6 to taste Vanilla Ice Cream or Banana Capella Flavor Drops
then fill cup to about 1/2 full with ice

Then just throw it on the blender. Add a little ice to make it thicker and
water to make it thinner.

Medifast Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 packet of Medifast Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal
4 ounces of cold water
10 drops of Capella Cinnamon Flavor Drops to taste


prepare as directed on package

Medifast ''ROCKY ROAD" Cappuccino
Mix 1 Medifast Cappuccino hot drink packet with 12 drops of Capella's Rocky Road flavor drops.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of "Just Like Sugar," or 1/2 packet of Stevia powder, and yummy!
You have the taste of an expensive coffee drink!
Medifast Chocolate Cheese Cake Pudding
1 packet Medifast Chocolate Pudding
6 ounces cold water
1 ounce non-fat cream cheese
10 drops of Capella Graham Cracker Flavor Drops
Whip the cream cheese until is creamy.
Add puddings, Flavor Drops and water.
Whip thoroughly until light and fluffy.

Medifast Toasted Coconut Frappuchino
4-5 drops of Toasted Coconut Flavor Drops
1 cup, cooled, brewed coffee
1 Medifast hot cocoa packet


Blend in blender for a "frappucino" style drink. Or mix in a shaker cup for an "on the rocks" iced coffee.
Let sit a few minutes and enjoy.

Marshmallow Topping
3 ounces nonfat cream cheese
2 packets Splenda or 4 drops of Capella Super Sweet
1/2 tablespoon nonfat milk
12 drops of Capella Marshmallow Flavor Drops


Combine all ingredients and mix on high with hand mixer until fluffy.
Top your hot chocolate and more

Capella Flavored Ice Cubes
This is really fun, and the kids love them.
Place 4 Drops of your favorite Capella Water Flavors into each ice cube section.
Freeze, and place 2-3 ice cubes in a glass of unflavored water. You will enjoy the delicious aroma of your favorite flavor along with a slowly melting ice cubes of flavor!
